The procedure is one of the least complicated and least painful of all cosmetic surgeries. This surgery can be performed with a variety of techniques. We often use the endoscopic technique, wherein a tiny camera and instruments are inserted through small incisions in the hairline. The forehead is smoothed, elevated, and secured through the endoscope, eliminating wrinkle lines and increasing the space between the eyes and the eyebrows.

Most bruises resolve within 10 to 14 days and can be easily covered with makeup. We will provide you with all of the post-care instructions you need to minimize bruising and promote a quick healing process.
In general, the final results of any surgery can take between 6 to 12 months to see. This means all swelling has resolved, deeper tissues are repaired and incisions have healed. Typically within 4 to 6 weeks, results are excellent. The changes that take place thereafter are minor and usually can only be seen when looking closely at photographs.
Yes and no. Often, “droopy” upper eyelids are caused by the descent of the eyebrow position. Over time, this can lead to the appearance of heavy upper eyelids. This effect can be corrected with a brow lift.
Most often, though, there are separate changes that occur in the eyelids themselves that may require eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) to correct. The lower eyelids are not addressed with a brow lift.
In the endoscopic approach, small incisions are hidden within the frontal hairline. In rare instances, larger incisions may need to be made in order to optimize or tailor your results. If necessary, this would be discussed at your consultation.
Absolutely! Results can be tailored to your particular anatomy. This may require different incisions or approaches which would be addressed at the time of your consultation.
