No. While both are injectable treatments, they work differently. Dermal fillers restore lost volume, smooth fine lines, and enhance facial contours by physically lifting and plumping the skin. They are ideal for areas such as the cheeks, lips, under-eye hollows, and jawline.
Botox, on the other hand, works by temporarily relaxing the muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles, such as frown lines, crow’s feet, or forehead lines. Many of our patients achieve the most natural-looking, youthful results by combining both treatments—fillers for structure and volume, and Botox for muscle-related wrinkles. This results in a balanced, refreshed appearance without looking overdone.
