Physiq uses a combination of Sequential Thermal & Electrical Pulse (STEP) technology, which delivers heat to target fat cells and electrical stimulation to tone and strengthen muscles simultaneously.

How many treatments will I need?

Most patients complete a series of 5 sessions, spaced one week apart. Your provider will personalize your plan based on your goals and the treatment area.

Is there any downtime?

There’s no downtime at all! You can return to work or exercise immediately after your sessions with Physiq in Indianapolis. Some mild muscle soreness is normal and resolves quickly.

When will I see results?
