About Dr. Turkle
Dr. Turkle graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine before completing her residencies in general and plastic surgery at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and Indiana University Medical Center, respectively.
After completing her residencies, Dr. Turkle went on to pursue and achieve dual board-certification from the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Board certification requires doctors to pass intense oral and written examinations, as well as complete periodic recertification to foster ongoing education.
These highly prestigious credentials are the highest a surgeon can achieve in the field, testifying to Dr. Turkle’s commitment to superior patient care and advanced surgical techniques. About Dr. Specht
Dr. Specht studied at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine before completing 5 years of General Surgery training at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, OH. After this training, he went on to complete a 3-year fellowship in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Cleveland Clinic.
Much like Dr. Turkle, Dr. Specht is double board-certified in General Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. However, in addition to his surgical practice as a civilian, Dr. Specht also serves in the U.S. Air Force. His military service further contributes to his superior attention to detail and precision in the operating room.
Joining the practice on a part-time basis in 2023, Dr. Specht has successfully completed many surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic enhancements, including placing over 10 sets of breast implants in Indiana.

For patients seeking more customizable volume with a firmer feel, your surgeon might recommend saline implants. With this implant type, we place the empty implants and fill the area with the sterile saltwater solution to meet your desired fullness.
Women looking for a softer, more natural feel often benefit from silicone gel implants. Unlike the saline implants, these are pre-filled with silicone gel based on your agreed-upon sizing.
Your doctor might recommend “gummy bear” implants if you value both volume and structure. This silicone gel has a slightly firmer consistency, holding its shape better in the breast. This shape retention is ideal for women who want full upper breasts.
Implant Sizing
